Did you get the Senior Freeze (PTR)?

The Senior Freeze Program (PTR) reimburses eligible senior citizens and disabled persons for property tax or mobile home park site fee increases on their principal residence. It's for seniors who are 67 or people who are on disability and have collected disability checks for two years.

The qualifications for the 2023 Application are:

1. On December 31, 2022, you were 65 or older

2. Owned and lived in your home since December 31, 2019

4. Your gross Income from your Federal 1040 in 2022 was $150,000 or less

5. Your gross Income from your Federal 1040 in 2021 was $163,050 or less
