Job Listings Just Got More Transparent: Senator Moriarty Salary Transparency Law Now in Effect

As of June 1, New Jersey job seekers have a new tool to help them make informed decisions: Senator Moriarty’s salary transparency bill (S2310) is now in effect.

Under the new law, employers with 10 or more employees are required to include salary information in job postings. This change ensures that applicants won’t waste time applying for positions that don’t meet their financial needs and helps level the playing field for workers across the state.
