Legislative Update: Lot Fee Cap Bill Heads to Governor’s Desk!

We are happy to share that the Lot Fee Bill, capping annual increases in mobile and modular home lot fees at 3%, is officially on the Governor’s desk!

A3361/S2953: Establishes limit on rent increase for certain dwelling sites for modular or industrialized buildings or manufactured homes.

This journey began a year and a half ago, sparked by countless conversations with seniors and families across our district who voiced their concerns about rising lot fees, despite owning their homes. We took action to protect our residents from the threat of financial instability and homelessness.

Now, we are one step away from delivering real, lasting relief.
