UPDATE: Assemblyman Hutchison and Assemblyman Miller 6-Bills Clear Assembly Appropriations Committee

Today, Assemblyman Dan Hutchison and Assemblyman Cody Miller's bills cleared the Assembly Appropriations Committee.

Assemblyman Dan Hutchison Legislation:

A4535 (Hutchison): Concerns State regulation of cooperative sober living residences and boarding houses generally; appropriates $100,000.

A4262 (Hutchison): Exempts creditor from paying municipal property registration fee if property is subject to automatic stay under federal Bankruptcy Code.

A4652 (Hutchison): Establishes offense of inciting public brawl; upgrades penalty for disorderly conduct in certain circumstances.

Assemblyman Cody Miller Legislation:

A5211(Miller): Establishes New Jersey Pathways to Career Opportunities Initiative Act.

A4653 (Miller): Requires Attorney General to establish training program for crowd management and provide resources to local law enforcement for large gatherings, flash mobs, or pop-up parties.

A3810 (Miller): Requires adoption of policy addressing job-related issues of pregnant firefighters.
