After months of unsuccessful attempts to recover nearly $6,000 from a dental practice, Dorothy Roberts contacted our office for help.

Dorothy had prepaid for dental work but decided not to continue treatment after experiencing complications during her initial visit. While the practice agreed she was owed a refund, repeated promises, delays, and even a bounced check left her without her money.

Senator Moriarty personally intervened, and the issue was resolved the following day when Dorothy received her full refund.
